Returns and Refund Policies

We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations in terms of quality and freshness. However, if things don’t go as planned, our return and refund policies are here to assist you!

RETURNS

We offer a 3-day return policy for groceries and non-perishable items. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, simply reach out to us within this period. Unfortunately, complaints made after 3 days cannot be processed.

For perishable and dairy products (such as milk, paneer, ghee, yogurt, eggs, vegetables, and fruits), we do not accept returns due to the nature of these items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

Items must be in their original packaging.

The original invoice or bill is required as proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable for items that are returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, our logistics team will arrange the refund process.

Please note that refunds are not accepted without the original receipt, and delivery charges are non-refundable.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacements are available for the same product only.

Important: Delivery charges apply in all conditions.
